Beacon Hockey Club will host a Youth Mini Festival on Sunday 1 February, likely running 11am–3pm (final timings TBC). We plan to run U8, U10 and U12 events, with the U8s still to be confirmed. Each age group will play for 1–1½ hours.
Can You Help?
To run the festival smoothly, we need volunteers for:
🏑 Umpiring
Perfect for youth players, parents, or anyone wanting to gain experience. Support will be available on the day.
⏱️ Time‑Keeping
A simple but important role to help matches stay on schedule.
📦 Equipment Support
Help carry equipment to the pitch, set up before the first games, and pack away afterwards. We need people to help carry equipment from 10am and after the tournament finishes.
